From one of the Men's Doubles matches. Christian Dalsgaard and Peter Mørk (right front) met Henrik Stumpe and Dennis Schmidt Jensen. The long 3-games match ended 7-15, 15-11, 17-15 to Stumpe/Jensen.

Niels Christian Kaldau, seeded 5-8, met Casper Lund in his first match. Casper Lund did keep up very well with Kaldau in the first game to 11-11.

Young Joachim Persson (far side), also seeded 5-8, also in trouble at the same time. He lost the 1. game 11-15 to Kasper Madsen.

Everybody's attention was on the match between Mads Conrad-Petersen (far side) and Kasper Ipsen. Mads is the local hero and supported by a very large and loud crowd. It was Kasper Ipsen on the rigth who actually won the match, 15-5, 15-7.

Niels Chr. Kaldau got his act together and won both games - 15-11, 15-3...

... but both players had an unusual long, friendly chat before they left the court.

Also Joachim Persson got his act togehter, winning the final two games 15-12, 15-9.
