Camilla Martin would not say, that Zeng Yaqiong had lost her edge - but she had not improved. She obviosly had not played so mucht lately and lost her spot on the chinese national team. Camilla only thought, that during their last bout at Copenhagen Masters 1999, the chinese gave a better fight than she did today. Today she almost gave up right away. "She did not try to play her chances, and it made it very easy for me.".

After being beaten by George Rimarcdi, Indonesia: 7-15, 15-5, 15-11

Kenneth was deeply shaken. He told the press, that during the 2. game he got the crazy idea, that he was playing the world number one, someone like Peter Gade. And it was definitely not so. [The indonesian was number 127 on the list, published today from IBF - Last week it was somewhere around no. 176! - Kenneth Jonassen was no. 10 today.] Kenneth was convinced that he now needed to get hold of an sports psykiatrist. He had used one occasional, provided by Team Danmark, but now he needed one permanently. He had heard from other players, how that had improved their results. He thought, that he had done the classic error - thinking about the next game before this one was won. If he had indeed won, the next opponent would have been Hendrawan, Indonesia. He was - in fact - number one the IBF single players list as of this thursday!

[After this victory, everybody finally realised, that George Rimarcdi since his official IBF-licens was issued had his family name misspelled in the datalists. Everybody called him "Rimarodi" and the softspoken indonesian playing in Sweden seemed not to mind to much. But after this victory, the swedish Head Coach together with press officer Torben Lollik, DBF set the record straight!]
